The 2008 Banks and Brokers Football Championship commences on Tuesday 4th March at Play On Sports, Canary Wharf.
Indoor 5-a-side football is one of the most popular sports around, so come and claim your bragging rights, or settle your dispute on the court. Are you the best team in The City?
12 teams (2 leagues of 6 teams) will compete for some superb prizes and the chance to win The Banks and Brokers Football Championship trophy. The top 2 finishing teams in each league will progress to the semi-finals and then the Grand Final.
The league games will all take place on Tuesday evenings from 7 - 9pm at Play On Sports, which is very near Canary Wharf. Fixtures commence on Tuesday 4th March and the Grand Final will be on Tuesday 15th April.
The Banks and Brokers Football Championship is an exciting team event open to all Banks, Broking Houses and any other individuals and organisations operating in the financial services sector.
