The hospitality package for teams at each event includes:
- Refreshments upon arrival
- 18 holes competitive golf competition:
- Teams of four
- Fourball "Stableford" scoring format
- 3/4 handicap (maximum handicap 24 for men and 36 for ladies)
- Top two scores to count on each hole
